We use these paleo banana chocolate chip muffins most often as an afternoon snack.
We freeze the whole batch each time and take them out as we need them, adding to the lunchbox frozen, knowing it will thaw in time for snack time at aftercare, or tossing in the microwave for a few seconds when we’d like a warm one on the spot.
